(وَلَوْ مَرِضَتْ) أُضْحِيَّةٌ مُعَيَّنَةٌ (فَخَافَ) صَاحِبُهَا (عَلَيْهَا) مَوْتًا (فَذَبَحَهَا، فَعَلَيْهِ بَدَلُهَا) لِأَنَّهُ أَتْلَفَهَا (وَلَوْ تَرَكَهَا) بِلَا ذَبْحٍ (فَمَاتَتْ، فَلَا) شَيْءَ عَلَيْهِ نَصًّا، لِأَنَّهَا كَالْوَدِيعَةِ عِنْدَهُ وَلَمْ يُفَرِّطْ (وَعَكْسُهَا) أَيْ: الْأُضْحِيَّةِ، (هَدْيُ، فَلَوْ عَطِبَ) كَتَعِبَ
