بَابُ الْأَمَانِ] (بَابُ الْأَمَانِ الْأَمَانُ: ضِدُّ الْخَوْفِ) ، وَالْأَصْلُ فِيهِ لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى:{وَإِنْ أَحَدٌ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ اسْتَجَارَكَ فَأَجِرْهُ} الْآيَةَ وَقَوْلُهُ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: «ذِمَّةُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَاحِدَةٌ يَسْعَى بِهَا أَدْنَاهُمْ» مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ.
