مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَحْرُمُ بِهِ) ، أَيْ: الْأَمَانُ (قَتْلٌ وَرِقٌ وَأَسْرٌ وَأَخْذُ مَالَ) ، لِمُنَافَاةِ ذَلِكَ لِلْأَمَانِ، (وَلَا جِزْيَةَ) عَلَى مُسْتَأْمَنٍ (مُدَّةَ أَمَانٍ) ، لِأَنَّهُ كَافِرٌ أُبِيحَ لَهُ الْمُقَامُ بِدَارِنَا مِنْ غَيْرِ الْتِزَامِ جِزْيَةٍ نَصًّا.
