(وَيَسْرِي) الْأَمَانُ (إلَى مَنْ مَعَهُ) ، أَيْ: الْمُسْتَأْمَنُ (مِنْ أَهْلٍ وَمَالٍ) تَبَعًا لَهُ، (إلَّا أَنْ يَخُصَّ بِهِ) كَ: أَنْتَ آمِنٌ دُونَ أَهْلِك وَمَالِكَ، فَلَا يَسْرِي إلَيْهِمَا.
