(وَيَجِبُ رَدُّ مُعْتَقِدِ غَيْرِ الْأَمَانِ أَمَانًا إلَى مَأْمَنِهِ) ، أَيْ: الْمَوْضِعُ الَّذِي صَدَرَ فِيهِ مَا اعْتَقَدَهُ أَمَانًا نَصًّا، لِئَلَّا يَكُونَ غَدْرًا لَهُ،
