(وَإِنْ مُلِكَتْ) ؛ أَيْ: مَلَكَهَا وَاطِئُهَا فِي عَقْدٍ فَاسِدٍ (بَعْدَ) أَنْ حَمَلَتْ مِنْهُ؛ (لَمْ تَصِرْ أُمَّ وَلَدٍ) لَهُ بِذَلِكَ الْحَمْلِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَالِكًا لَهَا حِينَئِذٍ
