(وَيَتَّجِهُ إلَّا فِي جُنُونٍ مُطْبِقٍ) ؛ فَيَثْبُتُ الْخِيَارُ لِوَلِيِّهِ حِينَئِذٍ؛ لِلْيَأْسِ مِنْ إفَاقَتِهِ، وَهَذَا مَبْنِيٌّ عَلَى قَوْلٍ مَرْجُوجٍ يَأْتِي قَرِيبًا.
