مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَإِنْ شَرَطَاهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْخِيَارَ شَهْرًا، مَثَلًا (يَوْمًا) يَثْبُتُ، (وَيَوْمًا) لَا يَثْبُتُ؛ (صَحَّ فِي الْيَوْمِ الْأَوَّلِ) لَا مَكَانَهُ (فَقَطْ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ إذَا لَزِمَ فِي الْيَوْمِ الثَّانِي؛ لَمْ يَعُدْ إلَى الْجَوَازِ.
