وَيَتَّجِهُ: صِحَّةُ شَرْطِ يَوْمٍ لَهُمَا وَيَوْمٍ لأَجْنَبِيٍّ وَثَانِيهِ لأَجْنَبِيٍّ آخَرَ.

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَتَّجِهُ صِحَّةُ شَرْطِ يَوْمٍ لَهُمَا) ؛ أَيْ: الْمُتَعَاقِدَيْنِ، (وَيَوْمٍ لِأَجْنَبِيٍّ) عَنْهُمَا، أَوْ شُرِطَ (يَوْمٌ لِأَجْنَبِيٍّ وَثَانِيهِ) ؛ أَيْ: ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمُ (لِأَجْنَبِيٍّ آخَرَ) ؛ أَيْ: مَعَهُمَا، لَا دُونَهُمَا؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا مَحْذُورَ فِيهِ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
