وَيَختَصُّ خِيَارُ مَجلِسٍ بِوَكِيلٍ، فَإِنْ حَضَرَ مُوَكِّلٌ وَحَجَرَ عَلَى وَكِيلِهِ في خِيَارٍ؛ رَجَعَ خِيَارٌ لِمُوَكِّلٍ،

(وَيَخْتَصُّ خِيَارُ مَجْلِسٍ بِوَكِيلٍ) حَيْثُ لَمْ يَحْضُرْ الْمُوَكِّلُ؛ لِتَعَلُّقِهِ بِالْمُتَعَاقِدِينَ، (فَإِنْ حَضَرَ مُوَكِّلٌ) بِمَجْلِسِ الْعَقْدِ، (وَحَجَرَ عَلَى وَكِيلِهِ فِي خِيَارٍ؛ رَجَعَ الْخِيَارُ) حَقِيقَةً (لِمُوَكِّلٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّ حُقُوقَ الْعَقْدِ مُتَعَلِّقَةٌ بِهِ،
