(وَلَوْ اشْتَرَاهُ بِخَمْسَةَ عَشَرَ، ثُمَّ بَاعَهُ بِعَشَرَةٍ، ثُمَّ اشْتَرَاهُ بِأَيِّ ثَمَنٍ كَانَ بَيْنَهُ) ، أَيْ: الثَّمَنِ الثَّانِي، إذْ بَاعَ بِتَخْبِيرِ الثَّمَنِ، (وَلَا يَضُمُّ الْخَسَارَةَ لِثَمَنٍ ثَانٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ كَذِبٌ.
