(وَيَتَّجِهُ) مَحَلُّ قَبُولِهِ قَوْلُهُ (حَيْثُ اُحْتُمِلَ) صِدْقُهُ، بِأَنْ لَمْ يُكَذِّبْهُ الظَّاهِرُ، كَمَا لَوْ وُجِدَ بِهِ جُرْحٌ طَرِيٌّ، وَادَّعَى قِدَمَهُ، فَلَا يُقْبَلُ قَوْلُهُ. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ. .
