(الثَّامِنُ) مِنْ أَقْسَامِ الْخِيَارِ (خِيَارٌ يَثْبُتُ لِلْخُلْفِ فِي الصِّفَةِ) إذَا بَاعَهُ بِالْوَصْفِ، (وَلِتَغَيُّرِ مَا تَقَدَّمَتْ رُؤْيَتُهُ الْعَقْدَ، وَتَقَدَّمَ) فِي السَّادِسِ مِنْ شُرُوطِ الْبَيْعِ.
