(لَا إنْ اُشْتُرِيَ مَعْدُودًا) ، كَجَوْزٍ وَنَحْوِهِ، (فَعَدَّ مِنْهُ أَلْفًا، وَوَضَعَهُ) ، أَيْ: الْأَلْفَ (بِكَيْلٍ) ، أَيْ: مِكْيَالٍ، (ثُمَّ اكْتَالَ بِهِ) ، أَيْ: بِذَلِكَ الْمِكْيَالِ (بِلَا عَدٍّ. وَتَقَدَّمَ) فِي أَوَاخِرِ السَّادِسِ مِنْ شُرُوطِ الْبَيْعِ أَنَّهُ لَا يَصِحُّ، لِعَدَمِ انْضِبَاطِهِ.
