(وَتُكْرَهُ زَلْزَلَةُ الْكَيْلِ) عِنْدَ الْقَبْضِ، نَصًّا، لِاحْتِمَالِ الزِّيَادَةِ عَلَى الْوَاجِبِ بِذَلِكَ، وَلِأَنَّ الرُّجُوعَ فِي كَيْفِيَّةِ الِاكْتِيَالِ إلَى عُرْفِ النَّاسِ فِي أَسْوَاقِهِمْ، وَلَمْ تُعْهَدْ فِيهَا.
