(وَإِنْ قَالَ مَأْذُونٌ) فِي الرَّهْنِ لِمَالِكِهِ: (أَذِنْتُ لِي فِي رَهْنِهِ بِعَشَرَةٍ، فَقَالَ) الْمَالِكُ: (بَلْ) أَذِنْتُ لَك فِي رَهْنِهِ (بِخَمْسَةٍ؛ فَقَوْلُ آذِنٍ) بِيَمِينِهِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ مُنْكِرٌ لِلْإِذْنِ فِي الزِّيَادَةِ، وَيَكُونُ رَهْنًا بِالْخَمْسَةِ فَقَطْ.
