(وَلَا يُطَالَبُ) مَدِينٌ بِدَيْنٍ لَمْ يَحِلَّ، (وَلَا يُحْجَرُ) عَلَيْهِ (بِدَيْنٍ لَمْ يَحِلَّ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَلْزَمُهُ أَدَاؤُهُ قَبْلَ حُلُولِهِ - (وَلَوْ الْتَزَمَ تَعْجِيلَهُ) - لِأَنَّ الْتِزَامَهُ تَعْجِيلَ ذَلِكَ وَعْدٌ لَا يَجِبُ الْوَفَاءُ بِهِ.
