(وَيَتَّجِهُ هَذَا) ؛ أَيْ: الْحُكْمُ بِبُلُوغِهَا مِنْ سِتَّةِ أَشْهُرٍ قَبْلَ الْوِلَادَةِ (إنْ عَاشَ) الْوَلَدُ، (وَإِلَّا) يَعِشْ؛ (رُجِعَ لِخِبْرَةِ النِّسَاءِ) ،

فَإِنْ أَخْبَرْنَ أَنَّهُ ابْنُ خَمْسَةِ أَشْهُرٍ فَأَقَلَّ؛ عُمِلَ بِإِخْبَارِهِنَّ [إنْ وُجِدَتْ فِيهِنَّ الْعَدَالَةُ، وَإِلَّا فَلَا وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ] .
