وَإِنْ طَلُقَت زَمَنَ إمْكَانِ بُلُوغٍ وَوَلَدَت لأَرْبَعِ سِنِينَ؛ أُلْحِقَ بِمُطَلِّقٍ، وَحُكِمَ بِبُلُوغِهَا مِنْ قَبْلِ الطَّلَاقِ.

(وَإِنْ طَلُقَتْ زَمَنَ إمْكَانِ بُلُوغٍ) ؛ أَيْ: بَعْدَ تِسْعِ سِنِينَ (وَوَلَدَتْ لِأَرْبَعِ سِنِينَ؛ أُلْحِقَ) الْوَلَدُ (بِمُطَلِّقٍ، وَحُكِمَ بِبُلُوغِهَا مِنْ قَبْلِ الطَّلَاقِ) ؛ احْتِيَاطًا لِلنَّسَبِ.
