(وَمَنْ تَبَرَّعَ فِي) حَالِ (حَجْرِهِ) ، أَوْ بَاعَ وَنَحْوَهُ (فَثَبَتَ كَوْنُهُ) ؛ أَيْ الْمُتَبَرِّعُ وَنَحْوُهُ (مُكَلَّفًا رَشِيدًا) [نَفَذَ] تَصَرُّفُهُ؛ لِتَبَيُّنِ أَهْلِهِ لَهُ.
