[فَصْلٌ وِلَايَةُ الْمَمْلُوكِ لِسَيِّدِهِ] (فَصْلٌ: وَوِلَايَةُ مَمْلُوكٍ لِسَيِّدِهِ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ مَالٌ -

(وَلَوْ) كَانَ سَيِّدُهُ (غَيْرَ عَدْلٍ) لِأَنَّ تَصَرُّفَ الْإِنْسَانِ فِي مَالِهِ لَا يَتَوَقَّفُ عَلَى عَدَالَتِهِ -.
