وَقَال أَحْمَدُ فِي مَنْ مَاتَ وَلَهُ وَرَثَةٌ صِغَارٌ وَمَالٌ: إِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُمْ وَصِيٌّ وَلَهُمْ أُمٌّ مُشْفِقَةٌ يُدْفَعُ إلَيهَا.
