(فَلَوْ عَلِمَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: عَلِمَ الْوَلِيُّ أَنْ السَّفِيهَ (يُطَلِّقُ) إذَا زَوَّجَهُ (اشْتَرَى لَهُ أَمَةً) مِنْ مَالِ السَّفِيهِ (لِدَفْعِ حَاجَتِهِ) بِهَا،
