(وَمَأْذُونٌ لَهُ) فِي التِّجَارَةِ مِنْ حُرٍّ وَقِنٍّ مُمَيِّزٍ (فِي بَيْعِ نَسِيئَةٍ وَغَيْرِهِ) كَبَعُوضٍ؛ (كَمُضَارٍّ) ، فَيَصِحُّ مَعَ الْإِطْلَاقِ بَيْعُهُ نَسِيئَةً وَغَيْرَهَا؛ لِأَنَّ الْقَصْدَ النَّمَاءُ (عَلَى مَا يَأْتِي) تَفْصِيلُهُ.
