(وَيَتَّجِهُ مَعَ تَعَدُّدِ) سَيِّدٍ لِقِنٍّ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَتَّجِرَ لَا بُدَّ مِنْ (إذْنِ الْجَمِيعِ) صَرَّحَ بِهِ فِي شَرْحِ الْمُنْتَهَى " لِأَنَّ التَّصَرُّفَ فِي شَغْلِهِ نَفْسِهِ مُشْتَرَكٌ بَيْنَهُمْ؛ فَاعْتُبِرَ الْإِذْنُ مِنْ جَمِيعِهِمْ، وَإِلَّا كَانَ غَاصِبًا،

وَمِثْلُهُ حُرٌّ عَلَيْهِ وَصِيَّانِ فَأَكْثَرُ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
