(وَيَبْطُلُ إذْنُ) سَيِّدٍ لِرَقِيقِهِ فِي تِجَارَةٍ (بِحَجْرٍ عَلَى سَيِّدِهِ وَمَوْتِهِ وَجُنُونِهِ الْمُطْبَقِ) - بِفَتْحِ الْبَاءِ -؛ لِأَنَّهَا تَمْنَعُ ابْتِدَاءَ الْإِذْنِ، فَتَمْنَعُ اسْتِدَامَتَهُ، وَكَبَاقِي الْعُقُودِ الْجَائِزَاتِ.
