(وَلَا يَحِلُّ) لِمَنْ عِنْدَهُ مَاءٌ طَاهِرٌ وَمُتَنَجِّسٌ (اسْتِعْمَالُ) الْمَاءِ (الْمُتَنَجِّسِ إذَنْ) - أَيْ: إذَا خَافَ عَطَشًا - فَيَحْبِسُ الطَّاهِرَ، وَيُرِيقُ النَّجِسَ إنْ اسْتَغْنَى عَنْهُ، وَإِلَّا حَبَسَهُ،
