وَكَذَا مَا يُبَاعُ مِثلُهُ بِفُلُوسٍ عُرْفًا؛ كَرَغِيفٍ وَنَحوهِ إذا بِيعَ بِهَا.

(وَكَذَا) ؛ أَيْ: كَمَا يَصِحُّ الِانْفِرَادُ فِي قَوْلِهِ: أَيُّكُمَا بَاعَ سِلْعَتِي فَبَيْعُهُ جَائِزٌ؛ صَحَّ بَيْعُ (مَا يُبَاعُ مِثْلُهُ بِفُلُوسٍ عُرْفًا؛ كَخُبْزٍ وَنَحْوِهِ) ؛ كَحُزْمَةِ بَقْلٍ وَكُلِّ تَافِهٍ (إذَا بِيعَ بِهَا) عَمَلًا بِالْعُرْفِ.
