(وَ) إنْ وَكَّلَ وَكِيلَيْنِ؛ (صَحَّ انْفِرَادُ) أَحَدِهِمَا عَنْ الْآخَرِ (فِي) صُورَةٍ: هِيَ قَوْلُهُ (أَيُّكُمَا بَاعَ سِلْعَتِي فَبَيْعُهُ جَائِزٌ) ؛ لِحُصُولِ مَقْصُودِ الْمُوَكِّلِ فِي بَيْعِ أَحَدِهِمَا،
