وَلَا بِجُحُودِهِمَا الْوَكَالةَ،

(وَلَا) تَبْطُلُ الْوَكَالَةُ (بِجُحُودِهِمَا) أَيْ الْوَكِيلِ وَالْمُوَكِّلِ - (الْوَكَالَةَ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ يَدُلُّ عَلَى رَفْعِ الْإِذْنِ السَّابِقِ؛ كَمَا لَوْ أَنْكَرَ زَوْجِيَّةَ امْرَأَةٍ، ثُمَّ قَامَتْ بِهَا الْبَيِّنَةُ،، فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَكُونُ طَلَاقًا.
