مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(فَإِنْ قَبَضَهُ) أَيْ الْعِوَضَ - فَهُوَ (أَمَانَةٌ فِي يَدِهِ) مَضْمُونَةٌ بِالتَّعَدِّي أَوْ التَّفْرِيطِ؛ (فَإِنْ رَدَّ) الْمَبِيعَ (عَلَيْهِ) أَيْ عَلَى الْوَكِيلِ - (بِنَحْوِ عَيْبٍ) ، كَغَبْنٍ أَوْ تَدْلِيسٍ؛ (عَادَ الضَّمَانُ) ؛ أَيْ: عَادَ ضَمَانُ الْبَيْعِ عَلَيْهِ؛ لِتَعَدِّيهِ بِاسْتِعْمَالِهِ إيَّاهُ قَبْلَ التَّصَرُّفِ.
