(وَمَنْ) (أَمْكَنَهُ أَنْ يَتَطَهَّرَ بِهِ) - أَيْ: الْمَاءِ - (ثُمَّ يَجْمَعَهُ وَيَشْرَبَهُ) بَعْدَ وُضُوئِهِ (لَمْ يَلْزَمْهُ) ؛ لِأَنَّ النَّفْسَ تَعَافُهُ
