(وَيَتَّجِهُ) : عَدَمُ لُزُومِ مُتَطَهِّرٍ جَمْعُ مَاءٍ إلَّا إذَا احْتَاجَ إلَيْهِ (لِ) عَطَشِ (بَهِيمَةٍ) مُحْتَرَمَةٍ، فَيَجْمَعُهُ وَيَسْقِيهَا مِنْهُ؛ لِأَنَّهَا (لَا تَعَافُهُ) ، وَمَعَ خَوْفِ تَلَفِهَا (يَلْزَمُهُ) جَمْعُهُ اسْتِبْقَاءً لَهَا، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
