مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(لَا إنْ سَفَتْهُ) ، أَيْ: سَفَتْ رِيحٌ التُّرَابَ عَلَى الْمَحَلِّ الَّذِي يَجِبُ مَسْحُهُ فِي التَّيَمُّمِ مِنْ غَيْرِ تَصْمِيدٍ (قَبْلَ نِيَّةٍ) أَيْ: قَصْدٍ (فَمَسَحَهُ بِهِ) فَلَا يَصِحُّ التَّيَمُّمُ، لِأَنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى أَمَرَ بِقَصْدِ الصَّعِيدِ، وَلَمْ يُوجَدْ.
