وَإِنْ تَيَمَّمَ بِبَعْضِ يَدِهِ ، أَوْ بِحَائِلٍ أو يَمَّمَهُ غَيرُهُ بِإِذْنِهِ وَنيتُهُ فَكَوُضُوءٍ،

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَإِنْ) (تَيَمَّمَ بِبَعْضِ يَدِهِ، أَوْ) تَيَمَّمَ (بِحَائِلٍ) كَخِرْقَةٍ وَنَحْوِهَا فَكَوُضُوءٍ يَصِحُّ حَيْثُ مَسَحَ مَا يَجِبُ مَسْحُهُ لِوُجُودِ الْمَأْمُورِ بِهِ، (أَوْ يَمَّمَهُ غَيْرُهُ بِإِذْنِهِ وَنِيَّتُهُ فَكَوُضُوءٍ) ، يَعْنِي: أَنَّهُ يَصِحُّ كَمَا لَوْ وَضَّأَهُ غَيْرُهُ بِاخْتِيَارِ مُوَضَّإٍ.
