مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَإِنْ أَطْلَقَهَا) ، أَيْ: نِيَّةَ الِاسْتِبَاحَةِ، (لِصَلَاةٍ أَوْ طَوَافٍ) بِأَنْ لَمْ يُعَيِّنْ فَرْضَهُمَا، وَلَا نَفْلَهُمَا وَتَيَمَّمَ (لَمْ يَفْعَلْ إلَّا نَفْلَهُمَا) ، لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَنْوِ الْفَرْضَ فَلَمْ يَحْصُلْ لَهُ، وَفَارَقَ طَهَارَةَ الْمَاءِ لِأَنَّهَا تَدْفَعُ الْحَدَثَ فَيُبَاحُ لَهُ جَمِيعُ مَا يَمْنَعُهُ
