فَتَجِبُ قِيَاسًا عَلَيْهِ، وَظَاهِرُهُ: وَلَوْ كَانَ التَّيَمُّمُ عَنْ نَجَاسَةٍ بِبَدَنٍ كَالنِّيَّةِ، وَتَسْقُطُ سَهْوًا.
