(وَلَوْ الْتَقَطَ) لَقِيطًا (كَافِرًا) اثْنَانِ (مُسْلِمٌ وَكَافِرٌ) ؛ فَهُمَا (سَوَاءٌ) قَالَهُ الْأَصْحَابُ، وَهُوَ الْمَذْهَبُ؛ لِاسْتِوَائِهِمَا فِي الِالْتِقَاطِ.

وَلِلْكَافِرِ عَلَى الْكَافِرِ الْوِلَايَةُ
