مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَاخْتَارَ جَمْعٌ) مِنْهُمْ صَاحِبُ " الْمُغْنِي " وَالشَّارِحِ وَالنَّظْمِ " أَنَّ (الْمُسْلِمَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ) .

قَالَ الْحَارِثِيُّ: وَهُوَ الصَّحِيحُ بِلَا تَرَدُّدٍ لِأَنَّهُ عِنْدَ الْمُسْلِمِ يَنْشَأُ عَلَى الْإِسْلَامِ، وَيَتَعَلَّمُ شَرَائِعَ الدِّينِ، فَيَفُوزُ بِالسَّعَادَةِ الْكُبْرَى.
