(وَلِأُمِّ أَبَوَيْهِ) ، إذَا مَاتَ وَخَلَّفَهُمَا (مَعَ أُمِّ أُمِّهِ) وَعَاصِبٍ، (نِصْفُ سُدُسٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُمَا بِمَنْزِلَةِ جَدَّةِ الْأَبِ (وَلَهَا) ؛ أَيْ: لِأُمِّ أُمِّهِ (نِصْفُهُ) - أَيْ: السُّدُسِ - كَمَا لَوْ كَانَتْ مَعَ أُمِّ أَبٍ وَاحِدٍ.
