(وَإِنْ خَلَّفَ) الْمُلْحَقُ بِاثْنَيْنِ (أَحَدَهُمَا فَلَهُ) - أَيْ: الْمُخَلَّفِ مِنْهُمَا - (إرْثُ أَبٍ كَامِلٌ، وَنَسَبُهُ) مَعَ ذَلِكَ (ثَابِتٌ مِنْ الْمَيِّتِ) ، لَا يُزِيلُهُ شَيْءٌ، كَمَا أَنَّ الْجَدَّةَ إذَا انْفَرَدَتْ أَخَذَتْ مَا تَأْخُذُهُ الْجَدَّاتُ وَالزَّوْجَةُ وَحْدَهَا تَأْخُذُ مَا تَأْخُذُهُ الزَّوْجَاتُ.
