(وَلَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمَوْقُوفِ عَلَيْهِ الْمُعَيَّنِ، (نَفْعُهُ) - أَيْ: الْمَوْقُوفِ - بِاسْتِعْمَالِهِ، (وَ) لَهُ (نَمَاؤُهُ وَغَلَّتُهُ) بِلَا نِزَاعٍ
