(وَلَا يَتَزَوَّجُ) مَوْقُوفٌ عَلَيْهِ أَمَةً (مَوْقُوفَةً عَلَيْهِ) ؛ لِأَنَّ الْمِلْكَ لَا يُجَامِعُ النِّكَاحَ. (وَيَنْفَسِخُ بِهِ) - أَيْ: وَقْفِهَا عَلَيْهِ (نِكَاحُهَا) ؛ لِلْمِلْكِ،
