"ولا يجوز ذبح الهدايا إلا في الحرم" لقوله تعالى في جزاء الصيد: ﴿هَدْياً بَالِغَ الْكَعْبَةِ﴾ فصار أصلا في كل دم هو كفارة ولأن الهدي اسم لما يهدى إلى مكان ومكانه الحرم قال عليه الصلاة والسلام "منى كلها منحر وفجاج مكة كلها منحر"
