(وإذا (٢) تحالفا) أي: البائع والمشتري، أو المؤجر والمستأجر (فرضي أحدُهما بقول صاحبه، أُقِرَّ العقد) لأن من رضي بقول صاحبه قد حصل له ما ادَّعاه، فلم يملك خيارًا
