(ويصح قَبْضه) أي: المبيع (قبل نَقْدِ) أي: بذل (الثمن وبعده، ولو بغير رضا البائع) لأنه ليس له حبس المبيع على ثمنه كما تقدم (ولو كان) المبيع (غير معين) بأن كان مشاعًا، كنصف عبد ودار.
