(وجوَّز الشيخ (٤) بيعَ مصنوعٍ مباح) الاستعمال (كخاتم ونحوه بِيعَ بجنسه بقيمته حالًا، جعلًا للزائد) عن وزن الخاتم (في مقابلة الصنعة) فهو كالأجرة (وكذا جَوَّزه) أي: بيع خاتم بجنسه بقيمته (نَساءً ما لم يقصد كونها ثمنًا) فإن قصد ذلك لم يجز للنَّساء.
