(ويصح) بيع لحم (بـ) حيوان (غير جنسه) لأنه مال ربوي بِيعَ بغير أصله وبغير جنسه، فجاز كما لو باعه بنقدٍ، لكن يحرم بيعه نسيئة عند جمهور الفقهاء، ذكره الشيخ تقي الدين (كَبِغَير مأكول) أي: كما يجوز بيع لحم بحيوان غير مأكول، كحمار وبغل.
