كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(أو جامد) أي: لا يصح بيع لَبَنٍ بلَبَن جامد؛ لعدم طريق العلم بالتساوي (أو) أي: لا يصح بيع لبن بـ ( مصْلٍ (١) ، أو جُبن، أو أقِط) لأنه بيع أصل بفرعه.
