(وإن عيَّن أحدهما) أي: أحد العِوضين في الصرف (دون) العِوض (الآخر) كصارفتك هذا الدينار بعشرة دراهم كذا، أو هذه الفضة بدينار مصري (فلكُلٍّ) من المعيَّن وما في الذِّمة (حُكم نفسه) إذا ظهر معيبًا على ما سبق من التفصيل.
